Safety comes before anything, and despite how snazzy the visual was, it was a huge safety hazard in the Weeknd’s highly anticipated music video.
Out of being respectful to those who have medical conditions such as epilepsy, or those who are prone to seizures the project recently got pulled from IMAX.
The Weeknd’s Track Release
“Take My Breath,” aka The Weeknd’s track was building anticipation to the about to be released “The Suicide Squad.” According to TMZ Abel fans can be expecting the track to release this Friday.
TMZ says “The Suicide Squad,” premier was a great opportunity for the track that also comes to IMAX screens on Thursday. But since the project was pulled there was a change of plans.
While talking to GQ The Weeknd talks about how each of his albums is different, and that just adds to the excitement.
“What makes any of my albums a successful album, especially this one, is me putting it out and getting excited to make the next one. So the excitement to make the next project means that this one was successful to me. I want to do this forever. And even if I start getting into different mediums and different types of expressions, music will be right there. I’m not going to step away from it.”
Despite the visual being pulled from IMAX theatres, you will still be able to fully enjoy it on Friday. We already know it is going to be good, as The Weeknd never misses.
