Pooh Shiesty is still in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami for roughly six months, but he’ll be back this festive period with a surprise for followers in the shape of a jail freestyle.

Pooh Shiesty’s crew released his “Federal Contraband” track earlier this week, which has the Memphis native musing on his situation, boasting of ascending to popularity during the epidemic, and more over the muted five-minute freestyle produced by TP808.
“I got locked, niggas stopped doin’ shit, they wouldn’t if I was ’round/Like they happy I went federal, see what that hate about/I’ma make sure your fingers get cut off since you count me out/My granddaddy passed away the other day, I just found out/Shit crazy, rest in peace, you’ll forever live through me,” Pooh Shiesty raps.
Pooh Shiesty threw shade at his opps earlier this month, threatening a return to society. The “Back In Blood” rapper is facing multiple firearms charges, one of which he allegedly accepted a plea deal in.
His initial case resulted from a Florida armed robbery in 2020 while the other now dangling in legal limbo sees Pooh Shiesty being suspected of killing a security officers in the leg at King of Diamonds strip club in Miami around Memorial Day Weekend.
The New 1017 Records artist also appears to have grown a beard while in prison, asserting that his skin has been “popping” since ditching lean.
