NBA Youngboy Released!

NBA Youngboy was once discharged from Louisiana’s jail on Tuesday to undergo pre-trial house detention in Utah, according to the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office.

$1.5 million bail for NBA


According to multiple sources, NBA Youngboy walked right outta custody at approximately 3 p.m. local time following federal prosecutors in his ongoing California gun case accepted the deal of a $1.5 million bail as well as home confinement ordered by a federal judge last week in his completely separate Baton Rouge gun case.

They stated, “I’m really, really happy for him,” NBA Youngboy’s defense lawyer Drew Findling told the press after that Tuesday hearing. “This is the right result. It’s the fair result.”

Following a three-day trial, NBA YoungBoy’s defense team submitted a comprehensive bail request with eyewitness accounts, the rapper was given $1.5 million bails including a GPS monitor and tight terms Friday afternoon.

Home sweet home/added security

The rapper remained in detention so over the weekend since he had been the topic of such a warrant in California connected to a pistol discovered inside the back seat of a car as he was detained in Los Angeles in March.

Federal prosecutors claimed their comrades in the Central District of California chose to not pursue additional custody when NBA went well before U.S. Magistrate Judge on Tuesday, according to Findling.

After posting the first $500,000 of his bail, NBA was released. “I’m extremely overwhelmed with gratitude at the result of last week’s hearing and think this was the just decision,” he said.

The rapper moved to his house in Layton, Utah, and additionally paid for extra security agency staffed with ex-military to enforce his home imprisonment, according to the detailed plot revealed in court last week.

Kyrie Oliver, a lady who swore she encountered NBA YoungBoy while teaching at a Baton Rouge school and had a mentorship connection with him, was called in by the lawyers. She informed the jury that if YoungBoy was granted bond, she could help watch over him.
