NBA YoungBoy’s “Sincerely, Kentrell”
Even though incarcerated, NBA YoungBoy isn’t letting a jail cell keep him from releasing music, the show must go on.
On Friday, the 21-year-old rapper released his 21-track album “Sincerely, Kentrell,” it is doing extremely well, and many are supporting him and the album except one platform…
Yeah, you guessed it Youtube. According to his manager, Alex Junnier said Youtube refused to promote his album.
Apparently, it is because of NBA YoungBoy’s image, referring to him being locked up due to federal firearm possession.
“YouTube told us they can’t promote YB because of his image,” Junnier wrote on his Instagram.
Alex especially found this news surprising especially since his client was the number one artist for not 1, but 3 years in a row.
Besides the whole youtube situation, his highly anticipated album is expected t hit number 1 on the charts, according to Complex since his units moved from 135,000 to 155,000.
The rapper has always had a history of landing high on the charts it would be no surprise if he got to number one, in fact with these numbers he might dethrone Drizzy’s album which has been number 1 basically since the beginning of September.
