Cardi Offends La Chat
Cardi B released her album, “Invasion Of Privacy,” 3 years ago back in 2017, a track included on the album was “Bickenhead.”
The track was meant to be adulation towards the single “Chickenhead,” by Project Pat featuring the Three 6 Mafia back and La Chat in 2001.
Even though it was not Cardi’s intention, she still offended La Chat because she says credit was not given when she credited everyone else but her.
La Chat was having an interview with VladTV and she mentions how the situation gave her a topic for #WhoRunItChallenge back in 2018.
“I really didn’t, but she they had the ‘Who Run It’ challenge out, it just gave me a subject,” she explains. “Everybody was saying, ‘Chat do the challenge.’ OK, I can do it ’cause who run it? It is what it is. The song is what it is. I ain’t did nothing. I ain’t bothering nobody.
“I’m at home probably writing another rap, some more words that somebody can take. One thing about it, this little head got some big ideas. I’m the underdog. People be looking at me and be taking my ideas, and doing good things but you know it’s a compliment to me.”
The rapper does mention she wished Cardi shouted her out or gave some type of credit.
“I did see she thanked everybody except me,” she explained. “I was like, ‘D*mn. C’mon now. We b*tches. What are we doing?’ We got thank you Project Pat. Thank you Juicy J. Thank you DJ Paul, like another m*thaf*cka wasn’t on it, so I just felt like it is what it is.
“That’s how it go. A lot of women that way but if it was me and I was her, I would’ve been like, ‘Shout out Cardi B.’”
