Keke And The VMAs
It was just newly announced music artist, actress, and author Keke Palmer will be hosting the 2020 VMA’S on Sunday, August 30.
The star announced this big news on Thursday, August 6, through a video call. The call was between her and True Jackson, CEO. She turned to True Jackson for some good styling advice to match her aesthetic. summer’s biggest stage with the world’s biggest artists.” The star states.
True Jackson was a Nickelodeon series that aired from 2008 through 2011 where Keke was the main character. Palmer played a teen that became the vice president of a clothing line for an apparel business for the youth.

MTV posted a clip that shows Palmer’s overall excitement to be hosting the VMA’s and how happy she was for the opportunity.

This year the pop star Ariana Grande and musical artist Lady Gaga received 9 nominations, along with Billie Eilish and the Weeknd receiving 6 nominations each. BTS with their single “Dynamite” which is in English, Doja Cat, and J Balvinare are performing that night.
