Between a failed business venture, and domestic violence and bestiality allegations, Joe Budden is not having the best week.
In the week since Joe Budden and Spotify ended negotiations for streaming rights to The Joe Budden Podcast, Budden has been on the receiving end of an endless barrage of bad press. First Love & Hip Hop star, Tahiry Jose, outed him for domestic abuse. “That relationship left me with a fractured rib and a broken nose because somebody was sending him a message,” she told Hollywood Unlocked. “It started with verbal abuse, emotional abuse and it eventually turned to that. I still fear for my safety. He hurt me bad and I just stayed quiet.”
In response, Budden said “those days are over” and that “this young lady is a liar a cancerous toxic liar.” He also added that she “threw shit, you hit me, you kicked me, you did a whole bunch of shit.”
Shortly thereafter, an audio call between Budden and ex Cyn Santana leaked, in which Santana alleges that Budden chased and dragged her when mad. Budden reportedly kicked Santana and their shared child out of the house and refused to pay for support.

He also allegedly admitted to masturbating his dog.
Santana had more to say as well. In recently released court documents she claims that “Defendant has a male dog whom he loves and showers with attention. While most of the Defendant’s interactions with the dog are appropriate, I have observed on several occasions one particularly bizarre behavior by the Defendant. Without putting too fine a point on it, suffice to say that Defendant has not only expressed concern for the dog’s lack of a sexual partner but has personally assumed responsibility for relieving any pent-up canine sexual tension. Defendant, for reasons I cannot fathom, has personally masturbated the dog. Defendant repeatedly states that he sees this function as his responsibility since there are no ‘b*tches’ around to provide a sexual outlet for the dog.”
Joe Budden even admitted to these claims during an episode of his podcast. “Why do I always want to make the dog feel good by playing with their fucking privates?” he said. “They like that. That’s how I know he’s not a real animal lover. Anybody with a pet, c’mon, you did a little something down there to make your dog feel good.”

While Budden has not responded to these allegations since besides tweeting that “you can’t kill nothing that’s ready to die,” Santana took to Instagram to offer clarity on the leaks, and her take on the situation.
“Because the mental health of my son and my family is so important to me, if there is anything coming to disrupt my son’s peace, my peace, the father of my son’s peace, my family’s peace, I’m a lioness…this mother right here, I’m not the one,” she said. “During the time when I was going through what I was going through, probably one of my most vulnerable times.”
“For my privacy to be completely violated for the privacy of my family, and to have my son in the middle of all of this, absolutely not. And to the bum ass bitch that leaked this, I’m not going to worry too much about you baby, you don’t move nothing over here.”

Joe Budden’s friends still support him.
Despite credible abuse allegations and admissions of bestiality, some of Budden’s friends are using their platforms to support him. Royce Da 5’9″ posted a tweet by Isaac Hayes III on Instagram that “anyone participating in this is evil and wack,” while inferring that Spotify is behind all of it.
