Newlyweds Jeannie Mai and Jeezy recently got married a few days ago on March 27th in their intimate abode.
It all began when Jeezy was a guest on the show she hosts, the real. The talk show host an activist talks about how it happened.
“Years later, he asked me out on a date,” Jeannie reminisces. “We shared a romantic sushi dinner in Los Angeles and salsa danced the night away. Later that evening, he asked if I could picture spending the rest of my life with him. And crazy enough, I could.”
Jeezy later proposed in the most romantic but yet safest way possible. Jeezy organized their own private intimate Vietnam-theme date in Los Angeles. He proposed in front of his romantic fireplace in Las Angeles, and too which Jeannie said “Yes!”
Jezzy And Jeannie’s Wedding
At first, the couple wanted their wedding to be in France with the people they love, but unfortunately, the pandemic hit.
“We were really looking forward to having all of our friends and family there to celebrate,” Jeannie explains.
“But we had to change all of our wedding plans due to COVID. After Jeezy’s mother unexpectedly passed, we quickly learned that life is too short. And at the end of the day, Jeezy and I really just wanted to become husband and wife.”
The couple didn’t let COVID get in the way of their perfect wedding.
“So we decided to turn our original wedding into a mini-mony, where we exchanged our vows in front of our immediate family and a few close friends.”
Jeannie looked absolutely stunning for her big day with a nude Galia Lahav gown that was custom made just for her, appliques were added to the dress by hand to fit her idea of a perfect dress. She says it is everything she hoped for.
Jeezy matched his beloved wife with his Teofilo Flor suit that had blush tones the guest also wore off-white. The service was in the garden with intimate, romantic trees and plants surrounding them.
Congratulations Jeezy and Jeannie!
