Jay-Z And Queen B’s Home On Fire
Arson is no joke especially when it comes to huge properties where people could potentially get hurt. Jay-Z and his talented wife Beyonce were astonished when they found out one of the homes they owned, down in New Orleans caught on fire.
Thank god they had a fire alarm to alert firefighters which responded around 6:00 pm on Wednesday according to TMZ.
The fire was thankfully fully put out as soon as possible at their Spanish casa grande in the Garden District, and was fully gone in a few hours.
It was also found that it was a 1-alarm fire which means these types of fires would USUALLY call for at least 2 engines, a ladder truck, battalion chief on board, and a rescue unit, so yeah this is a pretty serious situation.
The department even said it took over 20 firefighters, 22 to be exact to get the fire fully out. Though for now the amount of damage has been yet released to the public, there were no injuries and no evacuations.
The house is valuable and has been around for years, thank god they arrived when they did.
“If they didn’t get there when they did, it could have been much worse,” a spokesman says to “New York Post.”
“It’s a historic home.”
