Drake and Meek Mill are allegedly teaming up to create another hit. Drake and Meek Mill publicly harmonized back in 2018.
It was a memorable moment in Hip-Hop after Drake invited Meek for a surprise performance together during his tour. The Canadian rapper and Philadelphian rapper then later collaborated on Meek Mill’s Championships album for the multi-platinum single, “Going Bad.”
Akademiks states Meek Mill got “another Drake stimmy” since the two rappers came together to film a new music video in the Bahamas. Meek And Drake haven’t always been on best terms, but they have come a long way since their feud and Drake’s Grammy-nominated diss track, “Back to Back.”
By the time their feud ended, they started performing alongside one another. One major performance they have done together was at the last OVO Fest.
It seems that both artists are ready to drop new albums in 2021
They recently connected in the Bahamas to film a brand new music video, according to Akademiks. The former Everyday Struggle host explained that the superstar pair were shooting a music video, which also sends speculations that it will indeed be part of Meek’s next project. Akademiks also stated that Meek Mill was receiving “another Drake stimmy.”
“I heard Drake and Meek in the Bahamas shooting a music video…hmmm. Heard that content will soon fwd,” he tweeted. “I had $5K on Meek not selling 200K but now hearing that he might get another Drake stimmy.. shit I’m canceling that bet lol. Aubrey saves every1,” he also added in another segment.
“Drake stimmy” revolves around rumors on his era “ending”
When Ak mentioned “Drake stimmy” he was referring to the barbershop discussion after Charlamagne Tha God said the Canadian rapper’s era has ended. Many don’t agree that Drake’s era is “ending” since he continues to dominate the Billboard charts and hit platinum.
