Black Rob Passed Away
Unfortunately, it has been announced rapper Robert Ross AKA Black Rob has passed away.
The former Bad Boy artist died at the age of 52 just yesterday on Saturday afternoon while staying at the Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta Georgia.
He was, unfortunately, fighting a rare kidney disease prior to death and died from cardiac arrest according to his friend Mark Curry who stayed with Black Rob while hospitalized.
Black Rob has had quite the past suffering from multiple strokes, diabetes, and kidney failure due to his kidney disease.
“Rest in peace to my brother. I was there with him. I was there with him,” Mark says in a video mourning the loss of his dear friend.
Rob has made such a notable impact on the hip-hop industry and on his fans as well as other artists in the industry since the ’90s.
As soon as the heartbreaking news broke out many fans including other artists paid their respect to the impactful rapper, one of those artists include Diddy.
“Rest in power King!” he wrote on Instagram.
“As I listen to your records today there’s one thing that they all have in common! You have made millions of people all over the world feel good and dance! You are one of a kind! GOD BLESS! Love. You will be truly missed!!!!”

Black Rob got signed to Bad Boy Records in the mid-’90s and featured in several bangers, such as Diddy’s “Bad Boy for Life.”
