Teen entrepreneur introduces TrapStix lip balm
Trapstix is the newest invention named after some of your favorite mainstream artists.
Atlanta native and 19-year-old Aysia Hilliard is the founder of Trapstix and has been running her operation since December 2018. Besides the fact that she is a true innovator, her creative process is just as natural as her products.
“I was talking with my friends about chapstick and I came up with the idea because I mispronounced “chapstick” with “trapstick” and I immediately came up with my first 3 flavors (Gucci Mango, Post Melon, and Nicki Minoranj,” she said.
Aysia’s advice to all young entrepreneurs is “find something you really enjoy doing because it takes time to develop a successful business, if you enjoy what you are doing you will most likely stick with it.”
A little about TrapStix
In the business’s bio, it states “TrapStix Lip Balm is a trendsetting online lip balm shop, offering our first-rate all-natural products and exceptional customer service to shoppers from the comfort of their own homes. We’re a business made up of innovators and forward-thinkers, with the drive to constantly update and improve the online shopping experience.”
Asia’s creativity and boldness helped her create a cute play on name for the TrapStix collection. Flavors such as Tropical Juice WRLD, Cardi Bees, Pop S’Mores, Gucci Mango, Post Melon, Leminen, J. Cola, Lil Uzi Vernilla, Drape, Chris Brownie, Wu Tangerine, and PNB Rock Candy are all amazing illustrations of the brand and we are sure to see Aysia’s Trapstix become even more popular.
Technology has dated “the first wheel” and ever since then our society has not stopped. The technology was made to improve our lifestyle and make our lives easier.
Curiosity is what brings us innovations and ideas, which runs in the bloodline of youth. From the tasty cold ice, pop treats to the global app phenomenon Facebook, new technology is always being discovered and patent by the youth.
